Stir in the rest of the ingredients, and dollop spoon fulls on to a cookie tray making sure you leave enough room so they spread evenly on the tray.

With a fork or a pallet knife flatten the tops of the cookie dough slightly, so they are all even.

Alternately you could use a cookie cutter as the dough is soft enough to roll out and, the little ones will love the shapes of all-sorts. Actually this dough would be stiff enough to roll out to make any shape you like for breakfast.

You could even make them the pervious day, and place them in an air tight cookie containers.

Here is another Chocolate chip cookie that the kids will love.

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of chocolate cake mix
• ½ a cup of butter
• ½ a teaspoon of Vanilla essence
• 2 med size eggs
• ½ a cup of chopped, (any nuts you like)
• 1 packet of Chocolate chips

method:

First of all you need to turn on the oven to 350 degrees F, or 177 degrees C for this chocolate chip cookie recipe.

Put the butter, eggs, vanilla essence in the mixer, add half of the chocolate mix, beat on med speed or no5 on mixer.

Add the other half of the chocolate mix, chopped nuts that you have chosen, and the chocolate chips that you have on the side there, mix this in well with a wooden spoon.

Now spoon the mixture on to a cookie tray making sure that you leave enough room for them to spread on the tray.

Place them in the oven, turn the timer on between 10 to 12 minutes.

You can virtually tell when they are done, the edges are set and the centre is soft. When the timer goes of, pull them out and place them somewhere that won’t burn so they can cool down.

This is whare the fun starts, we like to whip up a brew of me best beverage, and by that time, the cookies should be cool enough to munch away on.

Place them on a wire rack to cool even further and set, there you have it, a few chocolate chip cookies to have for any occasion, from us to you.
